Pure Fire Miracle Ministries International was birthed on September 24,2000 at a place called Circle in the city of Accra, Ghana. The first service was held with less than twenty-five (25) persons under a rented canopy and chairs. Today, by God’s grace the ministry has become a great one that is transforming lives and restoring tampered and shattered destinies. A few years after birth, God blessed the ministry with branches in several West African countries such as; Liberia, Togo, Nigeria, Sierra Leone and Cameroon amongst others. The Liberia mission was birthed in 2008 at UN DRIVE and Camp Johnson Road Intersection, Monrovia. In the year 2010, God instructed his servant to take the ministry global where the birth of the Southern and Eastern African missions was established alongside other Western nations. The Headquarters (HQ) of all these branches is in Accra, Ghana. PFMMI was founded by Dr. Enoch Idowu Aminu, a successful banker by profession before being called into ministry and a happily married man with three wonderful children. He was born into a Muslim family and therefore became a stunt and devoted Muslim until his divine encounter and conversion. He had an encounter in his living room in which Jesus Christ requested him to follow Him with such dedication and devotion and He will make him great. That evening, he (the founder) unexplainably found himself in a church where he gave his life to Christ and grew in faith with great love, passion, dedication, devotion and steadfastness for the things of God. As a new convert, he encountered several challenges in life, ridicule form family, friends, colleagues and persecution from his former faith (probably to frustrate and bring him back) but he was empowered by God to conquer all and remain conquering. He then had a second encounter with Jesus Christ where he was called into full time ministry and given the mandate to preach the gospel of PEACE, PROGRESS AND PROSPERITY in order to liberate God’s people form Satanic oppression(s). He was shown a vision in which he saw so many people taking turns as they fruitlessly struggled to uproot a particular tree. When it got to his turn, he used a finger to uproot it with ease. Afterwards; Jesus told him he has been divinely empowered to easily do what others will find difficult or impossible to do. He immediately resigned from the bank and served full time in ministry till he was ordained as a Pastor. He is not only a Pastor but a dynamic Prophet, teacher and writer amongst other great qualities. Some books to his credit and God’s glory are: THE UNTOUCHABLE CHRISTIAN, SOUND WISDOM, SECRETS OF SUCCESS, PROPHETIC FLOW, PILLARS OF PROSPERITY. CANDIDATE OF DELIVERACNE, STUDENTS IN THE SCHOOL OF OPPRESSION, ETC. The name Pure Fire Miracles Ministries International was given to him based on the following scriptures: Psalm 12:6 (kjv) The words of the Lord are pure words, as silver tried in the furnace of earth, purified seven times. Jeremiah 23:29 (kjv) Is not my word like as a fire? Saith the Lord, and like a hammer that break the rock in pieces? Meaning the Pure word of God has the power to cause miracles. As the mandate given, the vision of the ministry is to preach the Pure word of God that will empower and encourage every hearer to live a holy life in order to make heaven and take as many along and bring peace, progress and prosperity in the life of every hearer. By divine revelation, the general overseer realized that not every born-again Christian is living a life of PEACE, PROGRESS AND PROSPERITY which is contrary to God’s plan for believers. This is where the deliverance aspect of the church comes in. Even as a believer, you need to be delivered from every form of evil done against you, by you, and on your behalf to be able to possess or enjoy your benefits as a believer. One doesn’t have to be demon possessed to undergo deliverance or be delivered. Obadiah 17(kjv) But upon Mount Zion there shall be deliverance and there shall be holiness and the house of Jacob shall possess their possessions. This deliverance can be achieved by engaging in personal fasting and aggressive warfare prayers. Matthew 11:12(kjv) And from the days of John the Baptist until now, the kingdom of heaven suffered violence, the violent take it by force. Matthew 17:21(kjv) How be it this kind goeth not out but by prayer and fasting. Matthew 12:29(kjv) Or else how can one enter into the strongman’s house and spoil his goods? Except he first binds the strongman and then he will spoil his house. Therefore, the vision of Pure Fire Miracles Ministries is to preach the undiluted word of God to cause deliverance and miracles that will bring peace, progress and prosperity to the lives of hearers, also to teach and empower people globally to do so (training Pastors) our ultimate goal is to MAKE HEAVEN AT LAST. In summary, Pure Fire Miracles Ministries International is a Bible based deliverance ministries that teaches the Pure word of God and engages in warfare prayers that cause miracles thereby transforming the lives of her members that is why we say “PURE FIRE WHERE LIVES ARE TRANSFORMED”.
